With over 23 years of international experience at Saipem in HSEQ management, I have managed large teams of both international and local personnel. I possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certification processes, which include planning, formulation, preparation of Management System documents, implementation, auditing, and final certification. I have held key HSEQ positions at Saipem within subsidiaries and branches involved in offshore and onshore projects, such as pipelines, shipbuilding/ship repair, floaters conversion and operation, oil and gas installations, onshore plants construction, including power generation and petrochemical, global maintenance and operations services, offshore structures fabrication, and offshore fields development. I have significant experience in multicultural team building and coordination. Currently, I am a member of the Saipem Group HSEQ Overseas Department, responsible for ensuring an overall view of the quality, health, safety, and environmental issues related to the subsidiaries and branches operating at worldwide level and managing any assigned HSEQ initiative.My overseas experience includes: Africa (Ivory Coast, Congo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola, South Africa, and Morocco Offshore), Europe (Italy, Norway, Romania, Holland, Great Britain, France, Spain, Croatia, Switzerland, and Russia), Asia (Kazakhstan, Singapore, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, and UAE), and South America (Brazil).
