Challenge accepted! I have had the opportunity to work with healthcare organizations to optimize revenue, and build a foundation that allows them to scale. I analyze data to identify key areas for improvement and to increase financial performance. This process also includes supporting and educating teams within organizations to promote compliant and proactive practices. With a focus in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) billing, I have a deep understanding of ABA billing regulations and requirements, ABA billing processes, claims submissions and appeals. My passion is to be a quality resource for behavior professionals, clients, and families to aid them along their healthcare journey. This is also the energy I take into the community to serve in different initiatives. When not in the grind of work, I enjoy reading a good novel and adding stamps to my passport!
