I am a positive, resolute and reliable person. In my experience as Mechanical Engineer I have been involved in the design in many different fields, civil steel structures, precision mechanics, rotating molds design, automation design. I have worked as project engineer first and project manager later, managing projects and team also in international environments. I have been directly involved in the implementation of new CAD and PLM systems in different companies, working as reference not only in the technical department but also for the other business functions. I like to focus on the process and understand how it can be improved in order to make everything more reliable and easier, accordingly with a lean approach.
