Finance Director (CFO) - Italy @Diaverum

I am in charge of the Finance Department of the Italian branch of Diaverum Group. The company is currently operating in the dialysis sector in Central-Southern Italy with 28 owned dialysis clinics. In my role I provide leadership and direction to the finance team (10 people, 7 in Italy and 3 in SSC in Hungary), managing all the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Additionally, I provide economical and financial strategic recommendations to the Country Manager and members of the Corporate executive management to drive the business in the Country. I am also a member of the company Board. Main activities performed are the following: • Monthly and quarterly Reporting Package closing (IFRS) • 5- years Strategic Plan, annual Budget and periodical Reforecast • Cash flow analysis and financial planning • AR, AP and Treasury management • Statutory Financial Statement (IFRS) • Dealing with consultants for Legal, Transfer Pricing and Tax related aspects
