Secured buy-in and funding to lead a $2M+ global recruiting solution project to implement a new ATS system. Managed the entire project lifecycle for large-scale projects from conception to implementation and post-support. Advised talent acquisition team on DE & I efforts and actively participate in the OneTen initiative.
