Key Responsibilities and DutiesCoordination• Manage client requests for QA/QC, engineering, project support and site and office-based personnel.• Source and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring alignment with client requirements.• Coordinate inspection and expediting activities: requests acknowledgement, candidates selection, proposal, activities coordination, report checking and issuance to client.• Maintain client and candidate relations: contractual terms, site reports, complaints, and end-of-assignment feedback.• Monitor candidate performance, addressing issues in reporting, timekeeping, and quality standards.• Provide performance updates to the Coordination Manager and ensure client’s Service Level Agreements and KPI compliance.• Conducte regular “care calls” to support candidate engagement and satisfaction.• Negotiate placements with commercial awareness and identified new business opportunities.Line Management• Supervise daily activities of Coordination and Admin team, ensuring efficiency and customer service excellence.• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.• Monitor team performance through KPIs, feedback, and formal reviews (end-of-year, probation).• Resolve conflicts and maintained a positive, productive work environment.• Work with HR and Coordination Manager to enhance team capabilities via training and shadowing.• Participate in recruitment and interviewing of new team members.• Supporte CSR, inclusivity, and team-building initiatives, while reporting retention concerns to HR and management.
