Currently, I hold the position of Warehouse Logistics Manager, where my responsibilities include: 1. Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the entire order cycle. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers. Monitoring the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency of operations. Organizing warehouse space, cataloging goods, planning routes, and processing shipments efficiently. Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during operations. Meeting costs, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. In addition to my logistics experience, I have an extensive background in the audiovisual field as a Multimedia Specialist. This experience has equipped me with a unique skill set that complements my current role, including- Expertise in managing multimedia content- Proficiency in utilizing audiovisual technology to streamline presentations and visualizations- Experience in coordinating multimedia projects, ensuring high-quality production. In my role as a Warehouse Logistics Manager, I leverage my skills and expertise, including my audiovisual background, to manage complex logistical processes while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
