As an Engagement Officer, I’ve operated at the intersection of education and employment tracking labour market trends, developing employer partnerships, organising recruitment events, and enrolling jobseekers into government funded bootcamps. Prior to that, I spent over a year as a Health, Safety and Security Advisor, ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards across international accommodation sites.At Deliveroo, I managed sales pipelines and fostered client relationships in a fast paced, target driven environment. At TikTok, I contributed to community safety by moderating content and enforcing platform policies. My earlier roles in health and social care, as well as an internship in political communication, round out a profile that is both people focused and operationally sharp.My academic journey mirrors this breadth and curiosity. I hold a Master’s in Sport Business Management, where I studied marketing, communication, and business administration in the context of the sports industry, an experience that honed my commercial and strategic thinking. I also earned a Nursing degree and a Master’s in Forensic Nursing and Clinical Governance, providing a strong foundation in healthcare systems, compliance, and public service. In addition, I hold diplomas in hospitality and culinary services, as well as a technical diploma in electronics and telecommunications.These varied experiences have enabled me to move confidently across sectors, engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, and learn new concepts quickly.
