ABOUT SIMONE CIANCI

After graduating I started an internship as Junior Recruiter at HR - BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas, supporting the Employer Branding and the Mobility team in achieving their goals. I graduated with a Master\'s degree in Communication and Marketing Psychology at \"La Sapienza\" University of Rome with the highest grade, working on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility for my thesis research. Thanks to the scolarship that gave me the chance to live and study in California, USA, I improved my English listening/speaking, my organizational skills, data analysis and research. Thanks to my large family, I have strong values ​​and I acquired responsibilities since I was a child. I\'m an easy going person, I am inclined to share; flexibility, adaptability and proactivity stand out to me. I have excellent communication skills and empathic and I love social relations. I am also passionate about computer science, Social Networks and interested in communication and advertising strategies on the Web. I handle well the pressures and try to make the best out of every situation. I dedicate my leisure time to the physical and mental well-being. Always looking at the bright side.
