After graduating in Chemical Engineering cum laude in 2016, I started my career in PMI Manufacturing as Process Engineer, and afterward I moved across different roles driven by my interest for data, Operational excellence, and Digital Transformation. To date I\'m proudly working in Digital Engineering team, a Global team responsible for ideating and deliverying ambititious Digital Transformation programs in Manufacturing domain.I manage several Products and Projects, with a track record of achievement and positive impact in 25+ manufacturing sites across 4 continents. What mainly motivates in the current role is the possibility to take an active role in transforming for the fifth time in the human history the way human being produces goods, with the possibility to have a positive impact on Business results and people life thanks to right adoption of new Digital technologies. I strongly believe in life long learning and in an hands-on approach well balanced with a long term vision.
