ABOUT SIMONE BRAZZO

I have worked in the defense industry for many years, with a good deal of experience in cabs and hulls of multirole, armored, amphibious and tracked vehicle, ballistic and mine protection systems and research into innovative materials, technologies, and processes. The role of manager allowed me to learn how to efficiently manage the resources of a department. Before becoming a design manager, I worked as a design engineer and as a materials, technologies and ballistic protection specialist, roles that gave me experience in the military vehicle and automotive industries. Prior to working for IDV, I gained experience in the manufacturing industry of mechanical components and assemblies for home appliances and as a Prevention and Protection Service Manager. My work experiences so far have allowed me to develop teamwork skills and the ability to work for objectives, and allow me to have a good vision from an industrial point of view, ranging from the concept design and engineering phase to the mass production of an industrial product. To the strictly technical skills I can combine a good knowledge of English and German, written and spoken. On a personal level, I believe I have proven time and again that I am a motivated and resourceful person, able to organize my own work independently and establish positive interpersonal relationships in the work environments in which I am placed. I strongly believe in teamwork and continuous professional growth. As in sports, my philosophy at work is to always give my best in what I do! Each new project represents a new challenge, which I take on with passion and dedication.
