I have a bachelor’s degree in Organisational and Administration science which helped me to understand how companies innovate and work in order to create value, the structure of hiring and employee life process, the importance of an excellent strategy of employer branding and on boarding to attract and create engagement among employees.I’m attending the last year of my master’s degree in Management, Innovation and Finance and I’m going to prepare a master’s degree thesis about the role of HR Business partner and how this role can help strategically the companies using HR data.I consider myself as smart, determined,empathetic and I have a strong interest and passion in Human Resources and in particular in HRBP role and I’m ready to begin an exciting career in this field.
