His main tasks and responsibilities are- to develop, together with ZUT executives, the branch business plan and business strategies- to expand company’s market position, based on company’s core-business- to identify new market’s opportunities and associated risks, recommending appropriate measures to ZUT executives- to coordinate activities of branch employees- to propose and agree with ZUT senior experts and senior managers the strategic and technical concept of offers, interpreting the customers’ needs and the contractual requirements- to calculate offers, including preliminary design of treatment processes- to prepare contracts for projects and to agree them with ZUT executives, to negotiate these contracts up to the “ready to be signed” status- to manage projects, fulfilling the duties of ZUT with its clients, supervising all services, included responsibility for costs and technical issues
