I am a former regular British Army Officer now working as a Client Executive. I work in the European Energy and Power team at Marsh Risk. I have extensive experience in leading both large and small teams, project management experience, insurance experience and the ability to forge strong and genuine relationships with clients. I bring a number of tested and transferable skills, including the ability to assimilate and act upon information quickly and inventively in order to achieve specific targets within a multi-national team environment. I continue to serve in the Army Reserves.I have also led and taken part in numerous mountaineering expeditions. I led the team that was the first successful British military summit of Himlung Himal at 7,126m. I also led the expedition that put the first serving female soldier and the first mixed military team on the summit of Mt Everest.
