Following RadcliffesLeBrasseur LLP\'s merger with Weightmans LLP, I am London Head of the Property Litigation team.I advise on all aspects of commercial real estate dispute resolution, with a particular specialism in litigation relating to property in an insolvency context, dilapidations and commercial property management.I represent clients in many commercial sectors, including real estate, retail, industry, leisure and healthcare. I have substantial rent review experience working for landlords and tenants in the City and West End markets and outside central London. I advise in relation to rights of light, nuisance, possession claims, overage and emergency injunctions. Additionally, I advise in relation to all aspects of contentious real estate management work, including lease renewal, dilapidations, restrictive covenants and easements and environmental contamination.I also do a substantial amount of residential property dispute resolution, including enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights to manage, service charge disputes and possession claims.I am also a deputy money laundering report officer for Weightmans LLP nationally.
