Skill development? Diversity, equity and inclusion? Revenue and profit? Innovation? Employee or stakeholder engagement? There’s not a business need or goal that can afford to: 1) ignore diverse perspectives, 2) ignore the dynamic of interactions between individuals, within and between groups, and across networks, and, 3) ignore the environments that hide, reveal, enable or disable these perspectives and interactions.    Supporting team engagement with, and resettlement of, several Afghan refugee family units.Co-leading weekly (Thu evening, Sat morning) gatherings of 60-100 local unhoused neighbors for conversation, friendship, cooked dinner/breakfast, clothing pantry, resource referrals, prayer & bible study.
