Lead Project Manager for a range of global projects introducing and improving digital forensics systems and processes for law enforcement agencies.• Led the design and implementation of a digital transformation process, including moving services to the Cloud, for a partnership of 5 English police services’ – the first project of its’ kind in the UK. • Managed the design and implementation of several international projects including €20million digital forensics transformation project for Spanish law enforcement agencies and a similar scale project with US Border Force. • Introduced and delivered a central network for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) across the whole of the US enabling a more secure and efficient entry system into US airports.
