With a passion for connecting people and an art for building sales relationships, my journey in recruitment began in fueled by a love for networking and the pursuit of creating valuable connections. Recruitment allowed me to channel this drive, positioning me to address the unique challenges businesses face while empowering professionals to advance their careers and secure impactful roles.Joining Macdonald & Company in 2003, I quickly established myself within the real estate market, embracing the opportunity to work with clients across diverse sectors. In 2009, I was promoted to Director, leading a team of specialised consultants dedicated to excellence across town planning, facilities, estates and asset management. The following year, I joined the Executive Committee, contributing to the strategic direction of our global business.Today, as Managing Director of the UK division, I am proud to lead our team as we enter the next chapter of growth, building on a foundation of deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and a commitment to high standards.
