During the last 17 years I have worked in the IT industry for Cisco International, starting in Human Resources where I acted as Human Resources Consultant introducing major changes to the recruitment processes. Since then I have held roles including.NET Software Developer, Development Manager, Corporate Applications Group Manager and currently, Software Architect. I am at my best when confronted by a challenge which allows me to use my ingenuity to initiate, develop and implement a working solution. Although I perform well independently I also thrive when leading, training and enabling developers in new projects. I am able to establish a strong rapport with clients, teams and management at all levels.
