Reporting to the Executive, heading up a team of IT and Business Change specialists, I was brought in to create a team to deliver large scale strategic change Outline of Responsibilities: • Develop the Enterprise Architecture as a foundation for the Charity strategy • Build a Business Change function to deliver the strategic objectives • Recover a failing IT Service Delivery model • Build a Data capability to deliver analytics and management information on patient improvement Achievements: • Embedded the use of architecture into the Charity at an Enterprise, Data and Solution level • Through structured business analyses and gating adherence, turned an entire project portfolio from red to 80% green, delivering SAP on budget. • Negotiated the on-boarding of a new IT Service Partner, improving service and lowering cost • Built a data, insight and informatics team, who delivered a business data warehouse
