ABOUT SIMON BUSHELL

Simon Bushell is a Founding Partner at Seladore Legal, a disputes only law firm headquartered in London, specialising in major and complex litigation and arbitration with a particular emphasis on multi-party, multi-jurisdictional disputes. With a pre-eminent reputation spanning more than 35 years, Simon specialises in cross border disputes, High Court litigation and disputes in the London Court of International Arbitration. He acts for a broad range of clients including large corporates, private equity houses, financial institutions, banks and ultra-high net worth individuals, in addition to foreign government agencies and state-owned companies. Simon became involved in Russian and CIS related disputes nearly two decades ago and continues regularly to handle matters with a connection to the region. More recently, he has developed a niche practice representing clients in relation to high value art disputes, as well as other alternative investments.
