I run Play VR — delivering immersive virtual reality experiences to businesses and schools across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.I\'ve spent 29 years managing technology operations and complex digital programmes. What I\'ve learned is simple: if you build good relationships, risks diminish. If you communicate clearly and engage stakeholders well, complex programmes become manageable. If you lead teams who care about the common goal, good outcomes follow.That philosophy applies whether I\'m running Play VR, advising on a complex programme, or turning around a project that\'s lost its way.I\'m comfortable working with business goals and translating them into operational reality. I have a strong command of project and programme management methodologies — Agile, PRINCE2, APM — but I\'ve always believed you tailor the approach to suit the team you have and the outcomes you need, not the other way around.I\'m naturally supportive and approachable. I believe in leading teams who work to the best of their ability because they understand what we\'re trying to achieve and trust the people around them.
