ABOUT SIMON BRADT
I am a third-year student at the University of Toronto\'s Rotman Commerce program, specializing in Management with a focus in Finance. While it took me time to find the right career path, I have developed a strong interest in Global Markets, Sales an Trading, and Asset Management. I am Highly motivated to continue exploring these areas and to build a career in the financial services industry. Currently, I work as a Consumer Experience Associate (CEA) at TD, where I gain valuable frontline exposure to banking operations, client service and financial products. I firmly believe that understanding stakeholder needs from the ground up will provide a strong foundation for future roles in capital markets and corporate finance. On campus, I serve as a Junior Analyst on the Consumer and Retail team at the Rotman Commerce Student Fund, where I sharpen my skills in equity research, financial modeling, and investment analysis. I am also Director of Speaker Relations at the UofT Sports Business Association, where I lead a team to secure professional speakers and organize large-scale networking events. Looking ahead, I am actively seeking finance internships for Summer 2026 and 2027 and plan to study abroad at IE University in Madrid next fall. My path has not been entirely conventional. Rather than perusing a standard internship in 2024, I had the privilege of working at the Paris Summer Olympics, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that strengthened my adaptability, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure. As a dual citizen of France and Canada, I am fluent in English and French and I\'m currently developing conversational spanish. Outside academics and work, I enjoy staying active through hockey and fitness, and am a passionate Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays fan. I also play the piano, guitar and saxophone in my free time.
