   Acquisition of VigiLanz, a KLAS category leading clinical surveillance and infection prevention business: I built the bottoms up 3-case operating model of the business.• Deal support metrics: I have screened and sourced over 200 SaaS and tech-enabled services companies, operating across 30+ strategic areas, for fit within Inovalon’s 4 business units. I’ve been staffed as lead analytical support on 20+ IOI processes including 6 LOI processes and 1 closed deals since November 2023.• Inorganic growth strategy mapping: I support primary and secondary research initiatives, lead competitive landscape projects, and partake in working sessions with the ELT and BU leaders to develop and refine Inovalon’s growth strategy.• Due diligence across functional workstreams: I take a leading role in drafting IRLs and Mgmt call agendas, at times running finance diligence calls, planning and executing diligence update deck and financial model outputs, working backwards to prioritize and obtain information within tight timeframes, and supporting primary and secondary research initiatives.• Synergy Analysis: I contribute to identification of feature enhancements and synergies between the target and Inovalon’s expansive existing portfolio of solutions.• Project management and analyst support: I am responsible for managing data rooms, chats, and contact lists, tracking vendor spend, pipeline reporting, CRM management, SharePoint management, scheduling calls, notetaking, etc.
