ABOUT SIMON BAVIN

An established change and technology senior leader with 15+ years’ experience in change delivery and portfolio management, the last six of which have been at “Head Of” level. Experienced in delivering across a broad variety of sectors (including financial services), working with multiple technologies (applications and infrastructure) and change methodologies (MoP, Prince2, Agile/Product, Waterfall). Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of up to 100 people, managing large change portfolios and delivering multiple strategic programmes, including post-merger integration, major software implementations and regulatory. A natural hands-on leader, impactful communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable and credible working from board level through directors, heads of and managers to any level within an organisation. Able to translate strategy into action, deal effectively with ambiguity and complexity and drive delivery in challenging, pressurised situations through proven leadership.
