Experienced DevOps & Cloud engineer certified in Azure, AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes (CKA | CKAD). Knowledgeable in modern DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, building robust YAML CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions & Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.I have a passion for continuous learning, achieving multiple professional certifications and currently undertaking the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) and Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) exams, allowing me to rapidly upskill and keep up to date with industry developments.Academically, I hold a Distinction in MSc Software Engineering with awards for Best Dissertation and Best Overall Student in my cohort. These achievements provided me with comprehensive expertise in the complete software development lifecycle. During my studies, I jointly led a complex software engineering project, utilising Python, Flask, SQL and a range of other technologies, as part of my team-based dissertation, gaining valuable hands-on experience in project leadership and execution.My previous degree in Economics and Finance allows me to offer a unique perspective and deliver insightful, well-analyzed solutions that not only address technical complexities but also align with the broader business objectives.A decade of experience in customer service, including the insurance sector, has honed my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders with diverse technical backgrounds. Moreover, my enriching five-year work experience abroad has further sharpened my adaptability and intercultural communication skills.
