Oversee the HR function that supports 140 employees with a multi-million-dollar budget. Authored a comprehensive five-year people and safety strategic plan. Developed and implemented a new EVP, which increased eNPS from +10 to +38 in 18 months. Decreased employee turnover from 25% to 8% through the design of a wellbeing strategy. Launched a leadership program in partnership with Gallup that created a new leadership development pathway. Contributed to decreasing LTIFR from 5.7% to 2.2% within a high-risk industry (electrical distribution). Decreased absenteeism to <3% by building an organisational culture where people are seen, heard, respected and recognised. Modernised the remuneration framework, reducing the gender pay gap by 50% in 12 months.
