I am graduated in Educational Sciences from the University of Bari, then I had experienced as a Store Manager approaching the world of human resources to then earned a postgraduate degree in human resource management, development, and administration. My next step at that time in my career was to take on the role of HR recruiter at Manpower. There I dealt with the research and selection of personnel for various national and international companies throughout the Italian territory acquiring the skills necessary for Recruitment. At this moment my interest is to continue my professional growth in the HR world because of my skills in fluent management, control, problem-solving skills, and great resistance to work under stress. I finished a Postgraduate degree in E-HR Management & Digital KPI at Vistula University in Poland and I am in search of new job opportunities. What I am looking for is a job that drives my enthusiasm and proactivity, which allow me to achieve the company goals of those who hire me.
