Senior Account Manager, with particular responsibility for Telefonica O2, Vodafone, and Cornerstone. Following the merger of Arqiva and NGW in late 2008, the role of Area Sales Manager was absorbed into the Account Management discipline. During this period I have developed tactical and strategic relationships at different levels with Vodafone, VMO2, Cornerstone and their outsource ADC Partners, as well as their Vendor Partners/Suppliers. The role includes customer and relationship management, creating and shaping commercial proposals for customers and internal Stakeholders, meeting sales targets and objectives, as well as managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
