I’m an HR professional with more than two decades of experience working in operational environments such as retail, logistics and shared services.Throughout my career, my work has been closely connected to the realities of organisations: recruitment, people decisions, operational pressures and the structures that help teams function effectively.After relocating to the UK, working directly within warehouse operations offered a different perspective on how work unfolds on the ground.
