Senior Facilities Management Leader for Life Sciences operations across Italy & MEA, ensuring operational excellence in complex and highly regulated pharmaceutical environments. Oversee delivery of integrated Facilities Management services including Hard FM, Soft FM, cleanroom operations, calibration, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification, and controlled environment maintenance. Ensure full regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical standards (EU GMP, FDA CFR Part 211), supporting audit readiness, validation activities, and change control processes. Manage multi-site FM operations and P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and CAPEX planning. Lead vendor and contract management for specialized Life Sciences services, implementing performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs) and supplier risk management. Direct cross-functional FM teams across engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performance facilities. Drive operational excellence, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities portfolio. Implement digital and smart building solutions (IoT, environmental monitoring, energy optimization) to enhance facility performance and sustainability.
