Support Activity (Lessons Learned) 20••••16 Powertrain Division: Ivrea Plant (Italy) and Tichy Plant (Poland)(Damper): SQE for suppliers of surface treatments of metal parts and production of rubber compounds and molded products 20••••16 Powertrain Division India and Brasil: Support for PPAP Approval of Rubber Parts. Technical experience in components and production processes: Fabrics (Raw, rfl, rubberized): weaving, finishing, treatment processes (water and solvent base) Coated cords: twisting, thermoset, adhesion treatment of glass, polyester, aramid, nylon Rubber materials (Polymers, compounds, semi-finished products): mixing, calendering, extrusion. Rubber products (Damper rings, gaskets, special profiles, belts): molding, deburring, post-curing. Metal parts preparation processes and surface coating processes Supply chain assessment and monitoring activities: Process Auditor (IATF16949- VDA6.3) Supplier Performance Assessment (KPIs – Vendor Rating). Issue and consolidation of improvement plans following problems or based on a business development strategy with suppliers. Management of process / products to the requirements of the Automotive Industry Technical specifications / packaging, Flows, Control Plans, PFMEA, PPAP Management of component waivers / concessions NC and Problem Solving (8d, 5why, A3, Pareto,). Laboratory Organization and Management Issue of control plans, instructions and test methods in accordance with international standards and or internally developed, internal specifications for semi-finished products.
