I am an operationally driven individual with a sound commercial understanding, I have lead and directed teams of people throughout my career, achieving high levels of performance, working to budget, delivering to meet timescales with a very high standard of Health & safety, whilst meeting and exceeding internal targets and client expectations, whilst working on a diverse range of projects.My experience covers all elements of social housing including decent homes, Refurbishment whole house and elemental, internal & external work, Non-traditional house types, responsive repairs, gas servicing & Voids. I have also worked on new build, both for social landlords & homes for sale.I have worked with a client base consisting of Local Authorities, ALMO’s, LSVT and Housing Associations.I have progressed with my career from starting in 1985 as a trainee technician working from an office based position, through to site management, contract management, and operation management to operations director in 2006 and Regional Operations Director in 2009.
