Step change focus on driving more INNOVATION, a move into the R&D Procurement function. I partner with Senior Stakeholders within the Oral Health Product Category to drive growth, end to end innovation (Ideate > Execute) and identify opportunities to invest in the Haleon of the future- Building a best-in-class Innovation pipeline to address unmet business needs to support Haleon’s growth ambition by leveraging external collaborations- Understanding consumer/supply market drivers and develop expertise in technology areas to shape the future of the Oral Health Category- Support creation of the pipeline short, mid and long term by leveraging external front end capabilities- Lead for scouting, sourcing & contracting activities for new ingredients, products, packaging, services, and/or solutions to support new Product Development and launch- Delivering Oral Health Innovation projects by collaborating with R&D, Marketing, internal & external Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and others with a focus on speed to launch and growth- Providing support and securing stakeholder buy-in for the development and implementation of complex sourcing strategies on specific new technologies- End-to-end cost optimisation, complexity reduction and supplier relationship management enabling to win in the Oral Health Category.
