   Chief Operating Officer with overall responsibility for the management of Além’s international business with major events including all Olympic Games and Expo 2020 Dubai. Responsible for identifying and securing major event contracts and related project management as well as finance and staffing requirements. Directly responsible for the provision of those services and this experience includes: Event Planning and Operations• Advisor to Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee for three years for the planning and development of all aspects of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay. • Concept development and operation of the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 flame lighting ceremony in Kabul, Afghanistan and subsequent promotional activities. • Operations Director for the Rio 2016 Olympic Torch Relay, responsible for all planning and operation for the Relay which operated for 95 days across 330 cities, supervising a team of over 150 staff across all operational areas. Commercial Programs and Sponsor Activations• Imbedded in Expo 2020 Dubai for the development and implementation of the commercial partnership program for Expo 2020 Dubai including the identification of potential sponsors, development of bespoke sponsorship proposals and the conduct of the sponsorship sales and contracting process.• Consultant to two Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay presenting partners in the development of their Relay marketing and activation programs. • Planning and management of PyeongChang 2018 Olympic torchbearer hospitality programs for various Olympic TOP and local sponsors.• Advisor to Bradesco and Nissan, presenting partners of the Rio 2016 Olympic Torch Relay.
