I help organisations turn unstructured content and data into real products and operational efficiency.I’m a software engineer with 20+ years’ industry experience and the founder of Latent Data, a technical consultancy working at the intersection of software engineering, data, and pragmatic AI adoption.While I work across a wide range of data types and technologies, I specialise in unstructured data — documents, images, long-form content, and other “messy” inputs — where complexity is highest and the biggest gains are often unlocked through thoughtful system design and automation.My work typically focuses on outcomes: enabling new digital products, improving decision-making, or increasing efficiency through automation.
