He partners closely with internal teams responsible for Sales, Acquisition, Customer Communications, Customer Retention, mandatory regulatory mailings and Ad-hoc requests. He began his Cigna career in 2005 as the result of acquisition. He has managed Medicare fulfillment for the last 14 years. During his tenure, he has helped with the transition and consolidation of processes of three additional companies, mentoring many employees, and assisting with projects outside of the scope of responsibilities.Simon has 25+ years of experience within the Healthcare industry, having been responsible for many facets from Operations to his current role. Along the way he has managed office setup, sales kit development and enhancements, customer retention projects, and the print production of millions of pages of materials.
