Working on a 26-million-pound contract at Lidl\'s Distribution Centerin Bridgend, Wales, constructing an extension to their existingwarehouse to increase the capacity of the goods in and out areas,civil works to increase the size of the external lorry parking and lorrydelivery areas, including new dock levelers, constructing a new carpark with EV chargers, and resurfacing all of the existing roadsystem.Constructing a new goods-out pod and goods-in pods internallywithin the existing warehouse to bring the center up to speed withmodern technology. During my time working with W S Gewerbebau, I had the greatpleasure of tendering for other works; one was an Amazondata center in Frankfurt, Germany, a new Lidl store in Cambrian,Wales, Primark in Loughborough, as well MEG Derby water bottling factory.I have also commercial managed £5 million fit out for Primark in Loughborough from Procurement to completion.
