Responsible for the day to day management of the piling departments estimators, including the overseeing and approval of tender submissions. The review and progressing of new enquiries received within the department to assess feasibility, best economic solutions and work winning potential including liaison with our internal design department and external design consultants to progress tender submissions. The preparation of tender designs, costings and submission of tender proposals for multiple piling techniques including CFA, Cased CFA, Rotary Bored, Driven Cast In-situ and Driven Precast. Tender submissions also include multi-discipline schemes involving other Keller products such as minipiling, ground anchors and ground improvement techniques.
