Happily employed at LightsourceBP since September 2022.Hard to summarise my skills but using an analogy I see myself as a conductor of an orchestra. Without me the orchestra can play all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order.With me, the orchestra operates at its full potential and allows everyone to excel!I have held a number of different roles predominantly in Finance Operations and project management.I have a ‘hands on’ approach to leadership and together with my experience, I am able to continually identify improvements opportunities.I encourage my team to think for themselves and to develop their own skills which will benefit the individuals and the business. My very open (but fairly unique) management style has earnt the respect of everyone I have managed.I provide excellent customer service to internal customers and external suppliers, and fully understand the commercial impact Finance Ops can have on the overall business goals
