Over 25 years experience in Valuation, Professional Services and Agency in the property industry. Joint Head of the Birmingham Valuation Department. Since joining Colliers in 2002 I have specialised in commercial and residential valuation and development consultancy work. I have a passionate commitment in providing clients with exceptional service and value added opportunities.I provide robust and timely valuation advice for major private and public sector clients including investors, developers, banks and corporate occupiers and undertake the valuation of a wide variety of UK based property. In particular I provide advice for loan security and balance sheet and pension fund purposes. I also specialise in valuations for Pension Protection Fund purposes.ACCOMPLISHMENTS / EXPERTISE- Portfolio valuation of the operational estate of 400 convenience, supermarket, distribution and retail assets at a value of circa £320 million for accounting and secured lending purposes- Valuation of the Brindleyplace office development in Birmingham at a value of circa £260 million for secured lending purposes- Valuation for secured lending of a 100 unit portfolio of trade counter units throughout the UK and Northern Ireland at a value of circa £75 million- Annual valuation of approximately 500 properties for financial statements purposes for Nationwide, West Bromwich and Yorkshire Building Societies- Residential Portfolio - £45 million valuation of a Midlands residential portfolio- Pension Protection Fund Valuations - Annualised saving of circa £1 mil achieved for a confidential client- Convenience Store and Supermarket Valuation expert- Big Box Industrial Valuation expert- Loan Security Valuation - for banks including: Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Natwest, HSBC, Aldermore, Santander, Nationwide, Al Rayan Bank, Clydesdale, Coutts, Maslow, Octopus, Octane, Paragon, Arbuthnot, Shawbrook, Close, Hodge Bank, Investec and Handlesbanken amongst others.
