ABOUT SIMON STEMPIEN
After obtaining a first class degree from the University of Kent, Simon started his full time legal career in London in a niche regulatory and commercial litigation firm as a paralegal where he gained experience with both large industrial clients and private clients, dealing with high profile cases and attending court. Simon joined Furley Page as a trainee solicitor in September 2011 and successfully completed his training contract qualifying a solicitor in the real estate team in September 2013.Simon’s focus of work has been commercial property and he deals with a wide range of clients from large developers to individuals. Simon has experience in both freehold and leasehold properties and has helped a number of developers acquire land with a view to their needs for the development as a whole. Simon also regularly deals with leasehold properties for both the Landlord and the Tenant, in both the acquisition and the sale together with creating and amending existing leases.
