As part of the University\'s senior management group, my role works closely with the Director to ensure that the department is effectively led and managed, implementing the University’s contemporary and business focused People Strategy ensuring it is aligned to the overall Strategic Framework and is supporting organisational success. I lead and contribute to contributing to strategy and policy development across the University, representing the HR & OD function at a senior level within committees, programme boards and working groups. I also undertake substantial liaison with, and advising of, members of the University\'s executive team particularly in regard to leading organisational change and positioning the HR & OD function to deliver an effective strategic and operational service.
