o Lead the bid team in winning a 5 year HV programme from JLR, worth over £120m in sales. I am now responsible for delivery of the same, coordinating across a multinational team in 4 separate Lear plants to deliver into JLR partner facility o Improved operating income on a legacy Lear programme with JLR by 3.2% by leading a cost reduction programme in collaboration with the customer and Lear plants o On time delivery of customer Job 1 for Defender, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport programmes. On track for all customer milestones for iPace programme to date. o Planning of all activities in accordance with the milestones defined by the customer o Taking lead as the key interface to our OEM Customer Group for development of current and future production programs o Managing product changes, according to flexibility and cost defined/agreed with Engineering and Sales o Identifying possible risks and critical points and applying the necessary corrective actions o Taking responsibility of the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
