The very proud co-founder of the InSpirrall and Around-Table wellbeing communities.Previously co-founded, built, and sold my interest in a workplace training company that was in 80+ countries and worked with over 1 million employees and senior leadership teams. Also Co-founded the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards.An entrepreneurial leader recognised for brand building, GTM strategies, and collaborating with international, high-profile corporate and public-sector clients at board level. Over the years I have had numerous businesses / grown many teams and am also an international panel host and speaker who has hosted global conferences and interviewed celebrities including Strictly Come Dancing’s Wynne Evans, Dragons Den Deborah Meaden, World Boxing Champion Frank Bruno, and 2003 Rugby World Cup Winner Jonny Wilkinson. Throughout my work I have chaired / hosted hundreds of prestigious wellbeing panel events and campaigns around the world for some of the largest exhibitions and organisations.Winner of the Great British Female Advocate of the Year Award at the 2025 GB Businesswoman Awards.
