ABOUT SIMON SAGE

With an early career in pure finance and accounting, my career developed through general management before moving into project management nine years ago. Specialising in the HR and payroll sector on outsourcing, systems migration, change management and process mapping and improvements. Having worked directly for both NorthgateArinso and Ceridian, I have an excellent insight and understanding on how they work and have made many useful contacts. This has proved extremely beneficial when working on payroll outsourcing and migration projects, particularly with Wincanton. With the general move of payroll from being a finance function to an HR function, my knowledge and experience has proved very useful. Not only with helping HR understand payroll, but also knowing the type of information and reports that finance need from the payroll system. Very much ‘hands-on’ to get to the root of a problem and fix it, whatever the size of the challenge, while at the same time remaining extremely customer facing.
