ABOUT SIMON REID
I’m an ambitious HR professional looking to progress into a more senior role within HR Change or a HR people impacting project management role. I have recently graduated from Level 7 CIPD in Strategic People Management. Over the years I have worked on large scale change projects that have helped me develop strong influencing skills, influencing senior colleagues up to Divisional Director seniority. Working on these large scale projects has enabled me to challenge colleagues to be able to achieve the right outcomes and coach colleagues to develop their skill and mindset. Working on large scale projects I have deepened my knowledge and expertise project management, in particular significant change movement and business transformation. I have successfully delivered projects with clear sustainment and embedding plans.
