Projects include.• Implementation of a Remote Patient Monitoring platform which would enable strategic vision of a virtual hospital. Managed full lifecycle delivery across clinical engagement, governance, testing, training and rollout, enabling multiple live patient pathways.• Digital Lead for procurement and rollout of Digital Triage across four Adult Emergency Departments, coordinating multi-site delivery teams and operational readiness. Project is currently in implementation / roll-out phase. • Digital Lead for the ongoing pathways associated with software solution that enables referral triage and enhanced advice and guidance via telephone or messaging.
