ABOUT SIMON R. HOUGH

Simon is a Director and founding member of Dharam Consulting LLC. splitting his time between the Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Dharam Consulting LLC provides Construction Cost, Risk and Project Controls services to a select group of Architects, Owners, and Project Managers. We concentrate on what we do best. Providing the highest level of consultancy advice to our clients on all matters relating to design and construction cost. We provide our clients with the critical first and life-cycle costs that allow them to make the dynamic strategic decisions that their projects face, and we do this under an umbrella of effective risk identification and management driven by extensive data collection and cost modelling. With over 35 years’ experience in providing project management and commercial management consultancy services, Simon works with clients in the federal, healthcare, cultural, learning, life sciences, industrial, process and infrastructure sectors. Simon’s experience includes cost and contract management, project management and owner representation, strategic project and fiscal planning, independent project auditing and oversight, and implementation of best practices and risk analysis.
