Simon\'s own clinical speciality lies in the treatment of acute and chronic back pain, treating patients from all walks of life, including elite athletes. He regularly assesses and treats Olympic level international rowers and internationally capped Premiership footballers who have failed to progress with conventional injury treatment. He specialises in the use of X-ray guided spinal injections to diagnose and treat back and neck pain.Simon has become renowned for his use of prolotherapy/sclerosant injections in the treatment of troublesome back pain that has become resistant to all other treatments.
